DIAGONAL COLORED LINES: Represents the total Calories of the items you have consumed and checked in your Food Log.
- The Caloric Intake/Activity Graph on your My Menu Page calculates your weekly estimated weight loss or gain, based on your Profile information and the number of Calories in your My Menu (Calories in menu) compared to those you've selected in your Food Log (Calories consumed).
DASH LINE: Caloric target (estimate), based on the information you entered in your Profile, such as height,
weight, weight goals, activity level, gender, etc.
LIGHT GRAY BOX: Calories in menu.
GRAY OUTLINE BOX: Calories you would need to consume to maintain
your current weight.
DIAGONAL COLORED LINES: Total Calories of the items you have consumed and checked off in your Food Log. Green tracks Calories logged. It switches to orange when you are over your Caloric target, then to red if you go above your "Calories needed to maintain current weight." The actual number of calories consumed is displayed at the bottom of the bar.
- This week's weight loss so far:
The bar graph title will display the estimated weight loss or gain for the week based on the difference between the number of Calories needed to maintain your current weight (represented by the upper gray box line) and the deficit or surplus of Calories you log (i.e., “Calories consumed”). If you only log 3 of 7 days for example, then the calculation will only include those 3 days. So, if you would like a more accurate estimate of your weekly weight loss or gain status, then log all days of the week…the more days logged, the more accurate the weight loss or gain estimate.
