The History page is a journal or tracker of all foods logged.
This tracker will give you and your healthcare and fitness professionals an accurate reflection of the foods you eat on a daily basis. In the near future, we will be including activity detail. We are also busy planning additional tracking and history features that will help support your journey to successfully meet your health goals.
- Click on the History icon on the gray navigation bar of any page.
- Click on the date in the calendar you would like to review.
- All foods eaten and logged will have a check next to them.
- All foods not logged will have an X and appear crossed out.
- Logged days will be shaded green on the calendar.
- Day viewing will be shaded red on the calendar.
- Click on
the button to view logged nutrient history for the day.
