You may have made edits to your My Menu by adding or deleting foods,
changing serving sizes, or updating your Activity Planner. These changes may not adhere to the nutrient and Caloric targets planned for the day based on your profile settings. You can utilize the Rebalance Day With My Changes feature to rebalance the rest of your My Menu serving sizes around those alterations to meet your Caloric target.
- The algorithm will adjust the serving amounts to meet your Caloric target while updating the nutritional information and the graphs. Keep in mind, making too many changes may result in a menu that no longer meets
your nutrition goals.
- To begin, first log any foods eaten that day, if any, so the algorithm does
not change what you have already consumed.
- Next, click the
button.
- A list with the day’s menu will populate. You will see the breakfast foods logged will have a logged and locked black icon next to them.
- Now, click on the boxes next to any foods or recipes for which you do not want the serving sizes to be rebalance. To keep your planned dinner entrée serving amount, click on the green checked box next to it. A red locked icon will then indicate it has been locked in place.
Next, click the
button. The algorithm will recalculate by adjusting the serving amounts for the remaining unlocked foods to meet your Caloric target.
