My Menu page is filled with tools to help you view and customize your meal plan, see all nutrients, log the foods you eat, and track your progress through the Caloric Intake/Activity Graph.
- When first logging in, you will open up to the current day. Select the day of the week you want to manage by clicking on the calendar bar tab.
- Click on the meal tab
to view each Recipe's ingredients, instructions, and source.
- 1 of 4 serving(s) 1 = My Serving(s) 6 = Recipe's Serving(s)
- Click on the pencil
to edit.
- From here you can adjust the quantity of Recipe Serving(s) you would like to make and the number of My Serving(s) you plan to eat. This option allows you to customize how much of each Recipe to make and your Shopping List will automatically update.
- Deleting a Recipe or food is as easy as clicking on the
button.
- Compare and Replace
food items and Recipes to customize to your preferences.
- On the Recipe card, click Add Ingredient
for more customization.
- To Replace an ingredient within a Recipe, click the pencil
icon and swap it out.
- Click +Add item
and type your desired food item in the search box. Recipes and foods matching the search will populate for you to select.
- Click on the box
next to the food items you have eaten to Log them. Select
and all items for that day will be checked and tracked on the weight bar chart.
- Macronutrients are displayed to view the Daily Totals.
- Click the See all nutrients button
to view the Macronutrients and Micronutrients of individual foods and Recipes.
Close tab to return to your Meal Plan Creator app.
